The Copper Rain Foundation was designed as a way to bring our local Arizona community together to raise money for families dealing with a pediatric cancer diagnosis. Our goal is to help ease the financial burden that comes from this situation, while providing family support and a loving community, so that the family can focus on healing.
Beneficiary Application
ELIGIBILITY

Nominee must live in the state of Arizona.

Nominee must be under the age of 18 years old.

The nominee must be on active treatment for a pediatric cancer.

Families may be prioritized by need, but no family will be ineligible because of their income level.
How Assistance is Granted
Applications are reviewed once a year in November by our committee. We will contact you the first week of January by email if your nomination has been chosen.
Applications are open and will close October 16th
